If you order a page

• We keep your name, email, the handle or link you give us, your photos, the page you design and your order details, to build and run your page and to contact you about it.
• Payments are handled by Whop. Whop has your card details; we do not. We see that a payment happened, its amount and its status.
• Orders that are never paid are deleted after 14 days.
• While your plan is active we keep your page and order. After a plan ends we keep the page content for 90 days in case you come back, then delete it on request or when we clear old pages.

If you visit a Plugd page or plugd.link

• No cookies and no tracking across sites. We count page views, which links are tapped, the website that sent you (for example instagram.com), phone or desktop, and your country as reported by our host. We do not store your IP address.
• When a page shows YouTube videos, music players or YouTube thumbnails, those load from YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music or SoundCloud, which see your visit as on their own sites.
• On Pro pages, and on plugd.link, we record where on the page taps land, as positions only, to draw a heatmap.
• Creators on Plus and Pro can add their own analytics to their page: a Meta Pixel, a TikTok Pixel or Google Analytics. If they do, those services load on that creator's page (after its 18+ check, if it has one) and collect what their own privacy policies describe. They never load on plugd.link itself, or in any editor or dashboard.
• Your browser may keep small settings on your device, such as having seen a help walkthrough or passing an 18+ check during one visit. They never leave your device.

Forms on a Plugd page

If you send a request or join an email list on someone's Plugd page, what you type goes to that page's owner, who decides how to use it. We store it so the owner can see it in their dashboard, and we send requests on to them by email.

Who helps us run Plugd

• Vercel hosts the site and stores uploaded photos.
• For media kits, we read follower counts from creators' public YouTube and TikTok profiles once a day. Only the count is kept.
• Neon stores the database.
• Whop processes payments.
• Resend, through Let's Launch, sends our emails.

Each of them only gets what it needs to do that job. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@letslaunch.co. California residents have these rights under California law, and we do not sell or share personal information as that law defines it. We answer every request within 30 days.

Children

Plugd is not meant for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information in a way that matters, we update this page and, for customers, send an email.
