Who you are dealing with
Plugd is a product of Project Array LLC, a California limited liability company that also does business as Let's Launch. "We" and "us" here mean that company. You can reach us at hello@letslaunch.co.
What you get
We build a link-in-bio page for you from the photos and links you send, host it at plugd.link/yourname, and give you an editor to change it yourself. What each plan includes is listed on plugd.link. Plugd's software, themes and designs, including Coachbuilt designs, stay ours; your plan lets you use them for your page while it is active.
Plans, billing and automatic renewal
- You choose Plugd, Plus or Pro, billed yearly or monthly. Yearly plans include setup. Monthly plans add a one-time $4.99 setup fee to the first charge. Coachbuilt is a one-time $189 design fee on the first charge, and it includes setup.
- Your plan renews automatically at the price shown at checkout, every month or every year, until you cancel. The amount and the renewal period are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Whop, which charges your card, sends your receipts and collects any sales tax. We never see your card details.
- If we change a price, we email you at least 30 days before you are charged the new price, and you can cancel before then. Founding 50 customers keep the price they signed up at while their plan stays active.
Cancelling
- You can cancel any time online: open Your plan from your editor, your dashboard or any of our emails, and press Cancel my plan. You can also email us.
- Cancelling stops every future charge. Your page stays up until the end of the period you already paid for, then it is paused. We keep its content for 90 days in case you come back.
- If a renewal payment fails, Whop tries again. If it keeps failing, the plan is cancelled and the page is paused.
Refunds
If the first look is not right for you, tell us before your page goes live and we refund everything you paid. After launch, payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If a charge goes through after you asked us to cancel, we refund it.
Your content
- The photos, words and links you give us remain yours. You let us host, show and adapt them for your page and its share card while your plan is active.
- You are responsible for having the right to use what you send, and for it being legal. No content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, deceives people, harasses or threatens anyone, sexualizes minors, or spreads malware. Content for adults only must stay behind the page's 18+ check and be legal where you are.
- We may pause a page that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.
Links, logos and tools you add
- When you add a link, we show that site's logo or the app's icon next to it, so your page looks finished. You can replace it with your own picture any time.
- If your links earn you money (affiliate links, codes, sponsored products), you are responsible for saying so. Product picks always show a line saying some links earn a commission; keep it accurate.
- If you add your own analytics (a Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Google Analytics), those services collect data from your visitors under their own terms. You are responsible for telling your visitors and for getting consent where the law requires it.
- Follower counts on your media kit are read from your public profiles where we can, and otherwise are numbers you type. Only type numbers that are true.
The footer line
Every Plugd page ends with one small line of text: "Built by Plugd · Get a page like this". It stays on every plan. There is no logo or badge anywhere else on your page.
Custom domains
On Plus and Pro we register a domain for your page and renew it while your plan is active. Domains we register are held in our account. If your plan ends, the domain stops pointing to your page. If you already own a domain, we can point it to your page instead.
Your private links
Your editor and dashboard open from private links we email you. Anyone with those links can use them, so keep them to yourself. If one gets out, ask us and we reset it.
Availability
We work to keep every page up and fast, but we cannot promise it will never be down. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, by the services we rely on (such as hosting, email and Whop), or by changes other platforms make to links you add.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about Plugd is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters to your plan, we email you at least 30 days before it applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any dispute is heard in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
